I handmade these special pagan prayer beads with the Egyptian Goddess Bast (Bastet) in mind.
At 8" (21cm) long these are perfect for use as pocket mala or as travel meditation / affirmation beads.
The strong feminine energies of this piece are amplified by the inclusion of handcrafted lampwork glass and enamelled copper by female artisans in the US.
High quality gemstones include sapphires, garnets, moonstone, jasper, fire agate and chalcedony.
Sapphire has been chosen as a tranquil stone of wisdom, peace of mind and serenity.
Chalcedony has been chosen to absorb negative energy, thoughts and emotions thus preventing their transmission.
Jasper has been chosen as the supreme nurturer, sustaining and supporting during times of stress and bringing tranquillity and wholeness.
Fire Agate has been chosen as a grounding stone, to bring about emotional, physical and intellectual balance.
Moonstone has been chosen to protect and bring good luck. It removes obstacles and provides guidance for ones spiritual path and is also thought to intensify feminine 'Goddess' energy.
Garnet has been chosen to sharpen perceptions, remove inhibitions, regenerate the body and balance energy. It inspires love and devotion and was used as a protective talisman in the past.
