All my items are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24 is for sale in my shop - production time of upgraded orders are expedited where possible.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Ceramic rosehip stems (ceramic flowers), consisting of four rosehip berries on two wire stems, ideal for flower arranging. Sculpted by me in stoneware clay, fired, then glazed in Sunset Orange (a deep orange-red) and re-fired. The rosehips look lovely in fresh, dried or artificial flower arrangements - giving a beautiful pop of colour - and can be combined with my stained glass flowers.
The stems are approx. 34 cm from top to bottom. Each rosehip is sculptured freehand to replicate the variation seen in nature; as such your stem will differ slightly from the photos shown here.
The stems can be cut down to suit your vase with kitchen scissors. Florist's oasis, uncooked rice or sand can be used in your vase to hold the stem in place - use of such filler will also enable you to create different heights of the stems, without trimming.
Each stem comes carefully wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with an Eiderglass sticker; no invoices are included so is suitable to be sent direct to recipient; gift wrap available at checkout. Items are sent with Royal Mail Tracked 48.
