My alter-ego is a folktrica playing character most often seen playing at steampunk/alternative/pirate events,and I enjoy mixing genres and pop culture references. I am trying to keep up with my Christmas music release at the festive time of year.
This one is the artwork for my reimagining of Charles Wood's Choral Arrangement of "A Virgin Most Pure"; the traditional carol, "The Holly Bears a Berry (The St Day Carol)" via inspiration from Ezekiel's visions of celestial beings & Steven Spielberg's imagery of the scientists meeting the Extra-Terrestrial Mothership in "Close Encounters of the Third Kind" and can be found in my bandcamp page under GurdyBird.

Full description
This Christmas card is a reproduction of one of my original lino print designs (available for purchase in my shop), but comes with the twist of being the colour used for the GurdyBird Artwork, a lovely deep lavender hue
It is A5 in size when folded (approx 15 x 21 cm) and is printed onto a 300gsm card stock, coated for a shine on the front and back and uncoated inside for ease of writing. It comes with a brown recycled envelope, and can accompany "Westward Leading" for an unusual angelic set, (please see drop down menu), do have a look around my shop and if I can help, please message me.
It would also look striking framed and added to your home decor!
All UK-bound items are sent 1st class delivery. Please contact me if you would prefer another method. All overseas-bound items are standard delivery, again, if you wish to have it tracked, please contact me and I will sort this out, please expect a higher postage cost for this. If you are in the EU, and would like any items, please let me know, I can work out postage but please bear in mind that there will be a charges for customs.
To care for you print, please keep it out of direct sunlight and away from moisture.
