I really love making and wearing earrings. The Jadeite beads are a perfect size for earrings so that is what I decided to made with them.

Full description

I have used Grade A natural Burmese Jade beads and 925 sterling silver findings to create these lovely earrings. The Jade is very pale green in colour and I have finished the earrings with sterling silver ear hooks.

The Jadeite beads measure approximately 0.8cm x 0.8cm and the total length of each earring is approximately 2.5cm.

Jadeite and Nephrite are both types of Jade. The history of Jadeite goes back thousands of years when it was first used to make weapons and tools because of the hardness of the stone. Jadeite was highly prized by the Mayans and Aztecs and in Chinese, Jade is known as "yu", meaning "heavenly" or "imperial"

The earrings will be packaged in an Eco jewellery box with a gift tag and wrapping.

If you are buying as a gift and would like a short message included, simply leave the details when making your purchase.
