Tea towel of my Whitchurch Mill Trail watercolour painting.
The Mill Trail is a waymarked walk around the River Test at Whitchurch, passing many beautiful spots along the way including the 4 remaining mill buildings.
When Whitchurch was a working mill town, a mill was located every half mile along the River Test.
Today all but one of the mills have been converted into private houses, with only the Silk Mill still functioning today (see my shop for print of the Silk Mill ). Laverstoke Mill is now the Bombay Sapphire Distillery ( 'Gin Palace' print also available)
100% Cotton Tea Towel, Made in the UK, machine washable.
Size approx. 78cms x 48cms Print area: 72cms x 42cms,
Made from 185gsm, 6.5oz cotton
Hemmed on the two longer sides
