As seen in Stitch Magazine Edition 137 JuneJuly 2022, the full kit to create Disco Dave, the chameleon in magnificent goldwork
The kit contains:
- 13 types of Goldwork wires and metallic threads,
- 2 reels of Gutterman sew all,
- 8 skeins of Stranded cotton,
- soft cotton padding yarn,
- 1 felt ball and one bead for the eye,
- Calico and Moda Grunge in Snow White for the background,
- Felt for padding,
- 7 pieces of organza in various colours.

- Step by step photo instructions and pattern paper
You can also add the dark purple metallic handpainted hoop as extra.
NOTE: if you order the hoop, they are painted to order so your order may take an extra 2 weeks to ship.
In addition you will need:
Goldwork scissors with serrated blade
Embroidery scissors
a Fine felt tip pen
one 8-inch hoop
one 6-inch hoop
PVA glue
Iron and ironing surface
A small block of beeswax
Optional: a pair of curved embroidery scissors, a mellor andor a pair of fine tweezers, to manipulate the wires and push them into place.
