I foraged these seed heads some time ago, they really stick together which reminded me of a hedgehog!

Full description
As autumn sets in and the leaves start falling from the trees our native hedgehogs will be going in to hibernation. Not this cutie who can see all year round. He/she is made with prickly foraged seed heads that create depth and texture in this 3D piece. There's an old button for an eye, driftwood, and bead stars all mounted on remnant fabrics.
All my art is made with upcycled, recycled, repurposed or remnant materials making them not just a perfect gift for someone but also a gift to the future of our planet, and for our wildlife.
Each piece is unique using what ever materials I have to hand.
The quality frame measures 8" x 8", has real glass, and can either be hung on the wall or standing on a shelf or side furniture.
Each piece comes boxed. To reduce my carbon footprint all postal packaging materials are clean and reused from deliveries I've received.
