Distinctive heart shaped pods and a poetic name have always made shepherd's purse a memorable wildflower. These little seed pods have been captured in time - an enchanting reminder of late summer meadows.

A delicate stem of shepherd’s purse with its distinctive heart-shaped seed pods. A striking design embroidered on an oatmeal linen background.
This elegant piece adds a touch of natural simplicity anywhere, particularly to rustic and country style interiors. It is stitched on a remnant of Essex linen left over from previous projects and mounted in a bamboo hoop.
Gift options are available. If you have added a card and gift wrap you can include a message to be written in the card, if you would like one. Messages left without purchase of the card option will be written on the receipt.
