Full description
This beautiful keepsake is personalised with your lost loved ones name and date (optional) It has the words "Your wings were ready but our hearts were not". It will make a precious memorial keepsake or sympathy gift. The disc is made from 3mm thick white acrylic.
The keepsake comes wrapped in a clear cellophane bag, backed with padded corrugated card & wrapped with natural raffia ribbon. Making this a thoughtful gift.
