Full description

This is a cross-body bag with a draw string top, great for keeping a few essentials close to you when out and about.

Made using a gorgeous modern floral quilting cotton in shades of blue and mauve on a cream background. I backed this fabric with fusible quilter's wadding and machine stitched three rows in each direction with a wave stitch to achieve a lightly quilted effect, giving it strength but keeping it lightweight too. This main part of the bag measures about 22cm x 22cm and it's a flat style.

At the top, there is a drawstring insert of the same fabric which closes with silky white piping cord. Can be closed up to keep the contents inside, or if you don't want to use it, open it up and tuck it in. Also gives the bag a little extra height if you need it.

Lined with modern printed cotton in complementary colours.

There is a single cross body strap of mauve webbing, adjustable with a metal slider at one side. The strap measures 4cm wide, about 114cm at it's shortest, and 140cm at the longest.

This item is ready to ship. I usually send out next day using second class postal service in order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, so if you would prefer first class, please get in touch. It will be wrapped in new tissue paper, whilst I will use recycled outer packaging when I can.
