Unique and original handmade fused glass 'Cat' pendant.
Retail price: £19.55, from me: £10.99.
This little cat pendant has been handcrafted using fusing glass.
It started off as a white bulls-eye glass backing which I then carefully cut and ground into the cat shape. The details were added using 'glassline (powdered glass). The cat was carefully painted on using a very fine brush and the eyes were made from cut sections of dichroic glass.
Once complete the little cat was popped into my kiln and fired for 12 hours to 745 oC. At this tempreture the powdered and dichroic glass fuse with the white glass background.
This little cat is supplied with a silver-plated 18" x 2mm dia chain. It also comes in a little black and gold pouch.
Cat measures approx: 3.6cm x 2.7cm.
