These magical crows deliver mail to witches and wizards all over England.
They are happy to work alone or in a group called a murder.
If too many of these birds get together though their magic can cause mischief.
The magical mail crows love to recieve a trinket or small token, perfect to add a display of your treasures.
It is said that if these birds take a liking to you it can bring luck to your home.

I love this little pair of magical crows,I wanted to create my own take on magical mail delivery.
This pair of textile art birds are hand made using vintage linen, then painted, stained, dyed and spritzed.
I added glittering details and golden paint effects.
Each bird has a tiny bell, vintage ephemera trims and details,
One has an antique pen nibs 'tail' and witches hat and is finished with a silver flowering button and tiny sealed glass bottle with drips of ink.
Other special details include antique star charms, vintage mother of pearl buckle and a stand for one of the birds is an original vintage parcel box
I added a detachable key and tag
Measuring approx 8/9 inches high
