Another pattern from a 70’s French knitting book that I always liked but never made. White is maybe not such a popular colour for babies today but liked the contrast with the other bright colours.

Full description
This 70’s style jumper is hand knitted in a soft Aran weight yarn. The ribs at the bottom are worked in red and the neck bands are gold. The main body and sleeves are white and the sleeves have stripes of red, gold and blue running down the length. It fastens on each shoulder with three red buttons making it easy for dressing.
The yarn is 100% acrylic and is machine washable.
The pattern size is for a 6 month old baby and measures 52cm round the chest, 29cm in length and the sleeve seam is19cm.
