Handmade in my studio in Guernsey using recycled precious metals. Meticulously made with love and attention to detail.
Stunning 9ct white gold version of our signature freehand engraved heart pendant. The hand engraved pattern is inspired by the meticulously arranged petals which make up the chrysanthemum flower, which have always been a source of fascination.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Solid 9ct white gold heart shaped pendant, hand engraved with a gorgeous design inspired by the chrysanthemum flower.

- Weight: Approx 4 grams.
- Size: Approx 1.9cm x 2.2 cm.
- Supplied on a cotton cord – knot to your desired length. There are no fastenings

- Hand engraved, the pattern will vary slightly between each piece.
- Individually cut and shaped by hand, no two are identical.

Returns
If you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase, of course you don’t have to keep it. You don’t want to keep things that don’t make your heart sing. Just send it back in the same unworn condition that you received it within 21 days and we’ll return your payment. No problem and no quibbles.
If any of our pieces have any kind of fault, however small, we’ll of course sort it out straight away. Just let us know and we’ll do the right thing.
