All my items are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24 is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Stained glass brooches - choose from Acorn (green and brown), Honesty (cream) and Clover/Shamrock (green).
Each brooch is approximately 4 cm at the widest part. The glass shapes are cut freehand; as such your brooch will differ slightly from the photos shown here. The solder around the glass has a black patina, and the wirework and brooch pin has a variegated gun-metal patina.
Each brooch comes individually wrapped in tissue paper and sealed with an Eiderglass sticker; no invoices are included, so all shop items can be sent as a letterbox gift direct to the recipient (remember to update the address!), and a handwritten gift tag can be included (message at checkout). Gift wrapping - handstamped sycamore wrapping paper tied with green raffia - this can be added at checkout.
Parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 tracked.
