I love garden birds, and have several feeders which I keep topped out throughout the year. I watch the birds from the kitchen window and look at the shapes and they make, their stance and behaviour, so that when I draw them for my designs I have a feel for how they stand and move.

Price includes 1st Class Royal Mail delivery
A unique hand-stitched miniature applique with embroidered details. The little (female) blackbird is cut from my own hand-dyed cotton fabric, the central panel is stitched to a pretty Liberty of London cotton print with summer flowers. I have borrowed the title from William Morris, who designed a beautiful furnishing fabric called The Strawberry Thief.
My cards measure 12 x 9 cm (3.5” x 5”) and come with toning recycled paper envelopes in a clear (compostable cornstarch) protective sleeve - no plastic! Each card is signed on the front and my studio stamp is on the back. Cards are made from stout 100% recycled card - blank inside. Perfect for any number of occasions - a card to keep.
I always post promptly first class, and your card will be wrapped carefully and sent in good packaging to protect corners from damage on its way to you.
