This lovely lightweight British wool Blue toned painted scarf is perfect for the transitional seasons!
Featuring a tonal blue warp made up of 3 flat dyed shades of blue & turquoise, with hand painted weft which is actually the saved wastage from the Egyptian Seas bespoke painted warp we did last year! Unfortunately there is always some wasted warp in the process that can’t be woven, but if it’s long enough to be used in a weft at a later date we try and save it!
Hand woven on our medium loom - a 4 shaft Harris Counter March loom named Marilyn.
Measuring 26cm wide by 193cm long plus 6.5cm hand tied tassels at each end. Finished with an embossed cork label.
As with all of our products, this piece has been designed and hand crafted by Charlotte in her rural Somerset studio. Everything is hand dyed, traditionally hand woven and finished to the highest standard.
