Full description
I made this small tote bag with a combination of three furnishing fabrics. Main body of the bag is beige with mauves tones in the weave. The fabric facing at the top has wide stripes in mauve shades while the lower half inside is lined with cream poly/cotton. There is a keyring inserted into one of the side seams. It measures approximately 30cm across the top, 24cm across the base and is 24cm high.
The base is a plain rich purple with a woollen texture and is boxed to make it easier to find things inside! The handles mauve, the same fabric as the facing, and the loop of each handle measures about 36cm.
Also included is purse which matches the base of the bag, for coins or some make up essentials. It measures about 15cm x 9cm and is lined with the same cotton as the tote. Interlined with a layer of felt for added squashiness. There is a dark aubergine zip across the top and I have inserted a key ring into the side seam, complete with a lobster clasp so that this purse could be clipped safely inside the tote.
Finally there is a wrist strap keyring made in the same fabrics the main fabric of the bag.
As these are furnishing fabrics, they are heavyweight and quite firm and I have only added some light stiffening to the base of the bag.
This item is ready to ship. I usually send out next day and use second class post. Item will be wrapped in new tissue paper, whilst the outer packaging might be recycled.
