Introducing our stunning set of 4 Handmade Earthenware Ceramic Buttons, a tribute to artistry and nature's elegance.
In my cozy studio overlooking a thriving herb garden, I found inspiration in the beauty of winter foliage and seeds. The herbs just outside my window compelled me to carve intricate designs, which I then carefully imprint onto the wet clay to create these buttons.
The front of each button is adorned with a glaze in calming pastel shades of Blue, Grey, Mauve, and Rose Pink, perfectly harmonizing with each other. On the reverse side, the buttons remain unglazed, showcasing the natural, smooth texture of the clay, complete with the discreet MatildaBelle maker's mark.
Measuring at approximately 2.9cm with a subtle depth of 3mm, these buttons are versatile additions to a range of projects, from enhancing knitwear and cushions to framing as decorative art. They also make a thoughtful gift for someone who cherishes their button tin.
