Full description
Mushroom house toiletry bag. This lovely wash bag is made from cream upholstery fabric with an appliqué mushroom house. The mushroom top is made from pretty pale pink fabric with a floral pattern in deep pink, white and green. The stem of the mushroom house is beige and has an arch-shaped door with cream and beige stripes and a hand-embroidered door handle. The little quartered window is made from cream fabric with a tiny beige leafy pattern. Around the door, I’ve stitched a green machine-embroidered leaf pattern, to which I’ve then added pink hand-embroidered French knot flowers. On one side of the house is a bush made from pale green felt with pink French knot flowers. On the other side is a golden-brown felt bowl containing tiny pink and white button flowers, and hand-embroidered stems and leaves. The bag fastens with a matching pale pink zip and is lined with pale pink water-resistant fabric. The base of the bag is boxed to give extra space inside for all those essential items.
This useful wash bag has been lovingly designed and stitched, and has an abundance of tiny details. The toiletry bag would be ideal for holidays and nights away, and would make a lovely gift, particularly for someone who loves mushrooms or fairy houses.

12 inches (30cm) wide x 9 inches (23cm) high x 4 inches (10cm) across the base.
