Matryoshka Family by Samantha Webb
Inspired by my own mothers fascination with these lovely little dolls, Matryoshka Family is a pastel depiction of five dolls that are all different but there is definitely a familial resemblance. I couldn’t help sneaking a teddy bear in there (my favourite things to paint) and a daffodil as a nod to Mother’s Day too.
Size approx 7.87 x 7.87 in / 200mm x 200 mm
Painted onto high quality watercolour paper (it has a beautiful texture and a raw edge) using artist grade watercolour paints, they are acid free and fade resistant however it is always recommended to keep them out of direct sunlight.
Your painting is one of a kind and is the original artwork not a reproduction.
Your painting will arrive in a hard backed envelope to keep it in the best shape possible during transit.
I have tried to get the photographs of the vibrant colours as close to reality as possible but all screens are slightly different.
