Free-Standing Stained Glass Effect Leaded Art Deco Suncatcher/ Window Decoration.
The light flows through the colours spreading light, colour and design. This is an original one-off piece, making a fabulous, unique gift or statement of decoration for your window.
Inspired by the Lucite lamps of the early 1900s. Comes on an oak plinth that has been treated with a hand-waxed polish.
Marbled shades of fern green, purple, marbled coral pinks and reds. Inspiration from Margaret Macintosh Feminine Strong Bold Feminine Design
(This is a unique one-off piece, yip only 1)
I use a cold cast acrylic to make these rather than glass for a few reasons. It is moreoptically clear than glass. It is UV Light protected there for the colours will not fade. If it should accidentally fall, it should not smash, but more importantly, if knocked against your window, it should not damage your window pain!
Free Standing allows you to move from room to room easily.
