THIs started out as a look at ornamental wood turning, using off centrre techniques to make eccentric patterns. Then it seemed obvious to use the pyrography pen to add some decoration, then some colour....now looking for somebody to love owning it as much as I loved making it.

Using a recycled rolling pin, this started out as an ornamental turning exercise, using the lather to add eccentric lines, then it seemed obvious to use the pyrography burner to add a picture and some colour, then it was finished off with child safe acrylic lacquer... approx 41 mm diameter by approx 2mm thick, it is a unique bespoke item that I hope somebody will love to wear as much as I loved making it.
