Crystals and gemstones have been attributed and used since ancient Greek times, with many properties being attributed from this era.
This bracelet is made up of a number of gemstones, all of which are believed to have attributes that can support the emotional and physical symptoms of menopause.
This bracelet is made up of the following gemstones:
Moonstone - believed to stabilise hormones and help aid better sleep
Amethyst - believed to help bring calmness and relaxation and balance mood swings
Haematite - believed to help with hot flushes and night sweats
Chrysocolla - believed to help the wearer balance emotions
Rose Quartz - believed to help balance the mind and erratic thoughts
The bracelet is strung on high quality 1mm thick elastic and combined with lead free and nickel free silver plated beads.
The colour of the beads in the bracelet may vary from those in the picture due to the beads all being natural gemstones and therefore naturally have variations in colour.
