I can only make these little dishes one at a time and each one needs two firings so takes 24 hours.
I have a fusing kiln, I have glass, I have an addiction to making beautiful glass pieces and also to Dichroic Glass.
I hope you like what I have made.
Please note that these pieces are one-offs and unrepeatable. I can make similar but unless I make them together I cannot exactly match something already made.

Full description
Part of my Joysofglass Fused Glass collection. All handcut by me, decorated and then fused in my kiln.
My glass fusing kiln is only small so these fused glass pieces are all one-off designs, no mass production possible.
An 8 cm square dish, twice times fired in my kiln, first to full fuse all the glass together, 2nd to slump it over a little mould into a shallow dish shape.
This little dish is really quite exquisite and I've called it a Treasure Dish.
I've used a 2cm pale turquoise glass for the base then covered it with precious dichroic glass in a Patchwork design. Some dichroic is black backed and some transparent so the light shines through.
Absolutely delighted with it. I've used 25 different types of dichroic glass and it is very rich and colourful.
A lovely dish for your trinkets, your earrings or just to enjoy as an ornament.
I find my fused glass pieces very tactile and this dish is lovely to just hold and I rather like to think it might be picked up just to admire the pattern.
Made from Bullseye glass, handcut, shaped, layered and decorated with a unique design.
The dish measures 8 cm and is quite delicately shaped at 4mm thick..
It will be sent smothered in bubble wrap in my rather innovative (takeaway) packaging which can be used as a gift box and also keeps it very safe for postage.
This will make a lovely present for yourself of for someone you love and is guaranteed to be totally unique.
