Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

All our soaps are handmade with 100% natural plant-based ingredients (natural oils, butters, essential oils, clays and botanicals - nothing else!)
These seconds soaps are a perfect way of trying out our products and receiving an overall idea of what all-natural bar soap is and choosing the one (or more) that works best for you.
Seconds soaps might have been unevenly cut or slightly bent, or ropes are a bit off the centre of the soap. Also, seconds soaps come with our old-design storage soap bags (but still are handmade from 100% cotton).
Weight: minimum 95g
The rest is absolutely the same: the scent (essential oil blends), composition (oils, butters, clays and botanicals we use to make our soaps), and the amount of love involved in making them!
They work the same exact way as our usual bars and will be an absolute treat!
(Soaps are picked at random. Although if you strongly prefer a specific one, please get in touch. Gift wrapping is not included.)
