Full description
This is a sample brooch of the daffodil ones I make. This particular brooch is made from 2mm bakers twine and so it is larger than my other ones and a bit more weighty. The clasp is also a little lower down on the stem and therefore the weight of the head can make it lean forward. To rectify this an extra pin can be put through the petals and the lapel to hold it close.
You can see in the difference in the photos. I have also added some photos so you can see the size comparison between this one and my smaller one.
The brooch is about 9.5 cm long with a diameter of 5cm across the flower head.
There is a piece of florists stub wire running through the stem which will help with positioning and a safety clasp attached to the back of the stem.
This is a seconds sample brooch which has been reflected in the price.
