Full description

Genuine Australian Faceted 6mm Mookite with a 16mm rose carved coin Mookite on a hand made macrame adjustable bracelet. Beautiful earthy, autumnal colours coupled with a fiery mix of red and yellow. Gently pull the corded sides of the bracelet to open fully to allow you to slip the bracelet easily over your hand and then holding both of the two ends of the cord pull gently to obtain a comfortable fit for you. The bracelet size is from 6 inch (15cm) to 8 inch (20cm) approx. Colours of the gemstones are as shown in the photos.

Mookaite, also known as Mookaite Jasper, is only found in Western Australia near Mooka Creek for which the stone is named after. In the traditional aboriginal language, the word mooka means running waters, and it also pertains to the many springs that run into the Mooka area. Mookite is actually a ferrous sedimentary rock and is made up of microscopic creatures that have been fossilised and cemented into rock by silica.
