You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

All custom orders are sent with a signed for delivery as they often cannot be replaced. Please check your address carefully, If your order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or an unclaimed package a refund minus the shipping will only be issued once the package has returned to me. Please note this can take weeks. Items go missing in transit rarely and Royal mail do not consider anything lost until 30 days have passed for UK . Therefore refunds on lost items can only be given after 32 days.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Striped agate and carnelian pendant necklace -
A beautiful striped agate pendant is the focal pieces for this necklace with 6mm round striped agate beads separated by small silver plated spacers and 3 mm carnelian beads making up the necklace strand.
A striking piece for your collection or a lovely gift.
The necklace is finished with a silver plated toggle clasp and measures 20.5 inches / 52cms.
Pendant stone measures - 1.2 x 0.75 inches / 30 x 20mm.
Agate is one of the birthstones for Taurus and Gemini, Carnelian for Leo and Virgo.
Carnelian stud earrings are shown in pictures 7.
I use the strongest most flexible beading wire available and double crimp at the ends for extra security.
Precious Hare jewellery is carefully packaged and sent in gift boxes ready to give or keep for yourself.
Postage is 2nd class UK. Upgrades are available on request.
