All my items are packaged and delivered in non-bleached Kraft paper/cardboard material, made from recycled content and recyclable, and are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (tracking number available upon request). An upgrade to Tracked 24 is for sale in my shop.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
This stained glass flowers listing allows you to create your own custom bouquet of two-to-six stems at a small discount (vs. buying the stems individually) from the following stems across the collection: Pussy Willow, Eucalyptus, Honesty and Trio of Bulrushes (counts as one stem). Please select the number of stems at checkout, and list your choices in the Personalisation box; take a look at my other listings to identify the stems available and for more bouquet inspiration!
The stems are all approximately 36 cm high, ideal for vases of 14-18 cm. You can cut the stems with kitchen scissors, and use uncooked rice in your vase to hold the stem in place (this will also allow you to vary the height of the stems without cutting).
Your stems will differ slightly from the photos as the glass shapes are cut entirely freehand to mimic nature. The solder around the glass has a black patina, and the wire stem has a variegated gun-metal patina.
All orders come presented in tissue paper, and I can add a gift message. Select gift wrap at checkout if you additionally want a layer of handstamped sycamore wrapping paper, tied with green raffia.
Orders are sent Royal Mail Tracked 48; note there will be a bend in the stem (for postage) requiring just gentle pressure either side of the bend to straighten.
