Solid sterling silver hare chasing the moons reflection necklace.
The running hare pendant is a solid 3 D design giving you a back and front view, suspendend at the front paw is a 6 mm round free moving cabochon set Rainbow Moonstone.
The size size of the pendant is 5 cm wide x 4 cm high including moonstone drop and bail, x 4 mm thich at the thickest part.
Fully hallmarked including my makers mark.

How was i made.
The hare was cast using the delft clay sand casting method, where molten silver is poured into an impression made by a hand carved wax model. One the casting has been completed it was soldered to the bail made from solid sterling silver sheet, the cabochon setting is then soldered using rings to supend from the front paw. After the pendant came back from being assayed and hallmarked the piece is given a final polish and the rainbow moonstone set in place.
