Hello! Thank you for visiting my shop. I have some new Christmas things (cards and gift tags) that will be available from the 4th of November!
I love sheep! I live in the Lake District, which is home to the beautiful Herdwick sheep (probably my favourite as they are so cute). Most of the Herdwick sheep in the world are found within 15 miles of Coniston, Cumbria, which is not too far from where I live.
The sheep on this card is a fully grown adult. Herdwicks are rather unusual as they change colour throughout their life. Lambs are born black (with a tiny pink nose), after a while they start to get white patches around their face (looks like a balaclava). By the time they are about a year old, their body lightens to a dark brown colour and their face is white (they are called hoggs or hoggets at this lifestage). After their first shearing, their fleece grows back much lighter and greyer.

My digital artwork of a Herdwick sheep (the most beautiful sheep!) in the snow has been printed onto square 350GSM recycled card. Choose 4 or 8 cards
The card is blank inside for you to write your own message and has my logo printed on the reverse.
The card measures 148mm x148mm and comes with a recycled kraft envelope.
Postage is free with my cards. Your card(s) will be sent by 2nd Class Royal Mail in a hard-backed 'Do Not Bend' envelope to protect it. My cards come in a PLA biodegradable and compostable cello bag. PLA is a polymer made from plant starches and sugars.
