I use many old maps in my work. I just love them! They are all so beautiful and interesting, and it's so much fun to research the many unusual and quirky places I'm asked for. It's also incredibly satisfying when I am able to find an obscure location for my customers.
My map jewellery is made with a lot of love and care.

Full description
A pair of personalised map cufflinks, created using real pages of maps, each one showing a placename that you have specified. A unique bronze anniversary gift for your spouse, or a special gift for any occasion. I use vintage paper maps to create these unusual and charming cufflinks.
To personalise them:
1 - please leave your one or two placenames of choice via the message box on your order form. You can choose from anywhere around the world, such as villages, cities or towns.
2 - I will get back to you if there is any problem sourcing the locations. As my maps are vintage paper maps, it's not possible to show exact buildings or streets.
I use vintage maps for all my cufflinks, and each map is carefully sealed behind a glass lens using a special refractive adhesive. The cufflinks settings themselves are bronze plated.
Please be aware that I have a production time of 3-5 days at present, which is separate to shipping times. However, please do get in touch if you have an urgent date and I'll do what I can to help!
Cufflinks are 16mm in diameter (0.5 of an inch)
Each pair comes boxed in a card cufflink box, wrapped in recycled atlas pages.
