Many of my birds have nicknames and a back story, so please read the inspiration section in my listings to find out more about the residents.
As a child I joined the Young Ornithologist Club and the Peregrine Falcon was may favourite bird. My fascination with British birds of prey continues. These mustachioed creatures are my nod to the magnificient Peregrine, and also the smaller Hobby, both of which can be spotted in the Tamar Valley

I've given these little birds of prey big mustaches to mimic those of the Peregrine Falcons that nest in The Tamar Valley, or maybe the smaller Hobbys that hunt in the surrounding fields. Free standing soft sculpture. Approx 17cm height
