Full description
A very sweet vintage fabric depicting Paddington at Christmas has been used to make this quilt. Mixed with a vibrant,modern Xmas fabric covered in colourful baubles, this quilt is ideal as a Xmas gift for a little one.
Backed with white cotton and a binding made from the red cotton used in the patchwork. A strip of the vintage fabric has been used to piece the back of the quilt,and a few small hexagon shapes have been scattered on the back.
PLEASE NOTE - the red thread used for the top quilting is visible in places on the back of the quilt. This doesn't detract from the quality of the quilt but I am offering the quilt as a "studio second" with a reduction in my usual price.
Machine pieced and quilted. The binding is handsewn to the back
size 41" x 38" approx.
Fabrics - 100% cotton
Wadding 80% cotton, 20%polyester
Machine washable at 30c on wool/delicates setting. Please use a colour catcher for the first wash. Tumble dry on LOW.
