Full description
Beach glass makes interesting mosaics because each piece is a different shape, and each is curved which gives the mosaic a three-dimensional effect. The back of this charming little sun catcher is also tumbled beach glass, found as a large shard which appears to have come from an old bottle.
The sun catcher is 8.5 cm high and 4.5 cm wide. It comes with a length of transparent cord.
Our sun catchers are individually hand made in Chudleigh, Devon. We collect our materials ourselves, mainly from local beaches. Each piece of glass is unique, so each sun catcher is unique. We only use materials which have rounded edges, which is why we tumble pieces which have rough edges (this continues the process begun by the waves) until they are smooth.
The sun catcher will be delivered by first class mail. We usually post items within one working day of receiving payment
