In used an old pattern from a magazine leaflet that I kept from years ago. The cotton yarn has a slightly silky sheen to it.

Full description
This cardigan is hand knitted in a cotton yarn. It combines various stitch patterns to give a textured look to it. It fastens at the front with toggles and has a moss stitch deep collar.
The pattern size used is for a 6-12 month old and measures 50cm round the chest, 26cm in length and the underarm sleeve is 17cm.
The denim blue 100% cotton yarn used is machine washable.
