Beautiful, handmade stone casts all made in Kent from plants, flowers and vegetables in my garden or the local area.
Every different cast I make feels like I am immortalising a moment in time in nature and I love to look back on designs I have made in the year and remember how the garden or landscape looked at that time.
It’s with poignance that I look back on spring and summer flowers, when everything was full of horticultural possibility!
Each cast is framed in a handmade wooden frame and fitted with wire so it’s ready to hang as soon as you receive it.
The casts are made from Crystacal R, a professional grade plaster.
As the frames are handmade, the frame on the cast you receive may be slightly different to the one in the picture, depending on the wood available when it was made. If you would like to see a picture of the cast in its frame, that you will receive, please email me and I will happily send you a picture of what is available at the time of ordering.
Being a handmade product, casts will have imperfections and undulations, this is intentional - I wanted to create a feel of movement in the pictures. They are not designed to look like they are mass manufactured!
