This pretty red and white hearts fabric reminded me of the 80's prints of hearts patterns on fabrics and little trinket tins.

Hearts and Dots Bunting in a Red & White Fabric for romance, valentine, wedding, room decoration
White Fabric with red hearts and dots, and red fabric with white hearts and dots.
Fabric is 100 % cotton
Each flag has two pieces of fabric stitched together, then turned through to form an encased flag, pressed and stitched into a length of white cotton tape
Length of this bunting is 1.7 metres, with each flag measuring 9 cm wide x 13 cm long, there are 9 flags
The flag pattern is two white, followed by alternate red and white and finished with two white flags
