Our soaps have all been safety assessed by a cosmetic chemist and comply with UK cosmetics regulations. I am also a member of the Guild of Craft Soap and Toiletry Makers.
Standard postage for orders of individual soaps is Royal Mail 2nd class, applied at checkout. Gift box prices include Royal Mail 2nd class postage as standard, with an option to upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 for a small additional fee. Up until mid December, order two gift boxes for delivery to the same address and we’ll upgrade your postage to tracked 24 at no extra cost! Buy 3 or more gift boxes and we’ll also add a free item for you (value around £5)!
Please contact me before ordering if you have any questions about postage or dispatch times (if you’re in a hurry, we may be able to dispatch the order sooner, but please check first).
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Know someone who loves lavender? The luscious lavender soap gift box contains three bars of natural handmade soap all scented with lavender!
A perfect gift for anyone who’s a fan of lavender, likes natural skincare products, and prefers a more eco-friendly option!
The box includes one bar each of Simply Lavender, Indulgent (also with rose geranium, bergamot and patchouli), and nourishing (also containing Goats milk and cornish honey).
All soaps are made with high quality raw natural ingredients, and all fragrances are from essential oils. You can check out the full list of ingredients in each of the soaps by checking out the individual soap descriptions.
Each gift is tied with a ribbon (ribbon may vary from that shown, but will always be plastic free), supplied with a hand stamped gift card and envelope. I can write a short message in the card for you, or it can be left blank for you to personalise! Please indicate in the options on purchasing whether you would like a Christmas themed, or generic card (more options on the cards will follow next year!).
2nd class postage included in the price, if you buy 2 or more gift boxes in one transaction, the postage will automatically be upgraded to DPD 1-2 day delivery (for delivery to the same address). If you buy 3 or more boxes in one transaction, you’ll also receive a free bar of soap for yourself!
