Rain is plentiful in the Cumbrian Lake District and this collection is inspired by the colours created after rain on leaves and mosses as September takes us into Autumn

A beautiful range of variegated colours feature in the September Rain collection.
The single strand mercerised cotton sews as size 16 and gives a subtle sheen whilst being very strong and resistant to fluffing.
Only the highest quality threads are carefully selected, some from artisan dyers and wound in our studio as a continuous length. There are no knots or joins.
Simply great fro all embroidery techniques including cross stitch, blackwork, needlepoint, fine Hardanger, pulled or drawn thread work.
In general embroidery, the gentle twist of the thread provides texture and definition.
