Full description
This beautiful handmade egg will decorate your home for years to come. The daffodil design is not flat like a painting, but a raised, sculptured effect. There are two full flowers, one on each side, plus leaves and a bud stem, so it looks lovely from any view.
I have used two felting techniques to turn soft fluffy wool into this solid 3d sculpture. Firstly I have used wet-felting to create the primrose yellow egg shape. Then when it has dried I have needle-felted the detailed design of white narcissus flowers onto the surface of the egg.
The completed ornament is approx. 8cm (3 inches) tall. The photos show it displayed on a little white stand, but I can attach a hanging ribbon if you prefer, just contact me.
This gorgeous sculpture will be presented in a gift box and packaged for protection. To get your lovely purchase to you quickly and safely I use Royal Mail tracked. Save on postage for two or more items bought from my shop at the same time.
Please note: this is a collectable ornament, not a toy. Please do not let animals or small children play with it.
