I really like this old battered matchbox.
I wasn’t sure what to do with it and I had considered covering it with paper and mending it.
But then I thought - it doesn’t really need mended. It’s been around for a good while and shows it’s battle wounds. Surely there is strength in this?
So I thought this made the perfect place for my little meditating man. He’s showing his strength.
The words are taken from a very old dictionary.
