Traquair House is home to a wonderful collection of Stuart and Jacobean embroideries. I was commissioned to design a collection of tapestries to celebrate the 900th anniversary of Traquair House.
These were stitched by a group of volunteers.
There's a collection of over 20 designs, which are exclusively sold by Animal Fayre Designs and Traquair House. They have a number of these available on their own website.
Please make time to visit the house if you are in the Scottish Borders. There's loads to see and many special events.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

What wonderful jewel colours in this bird and sweet pea tapestry kit , it can be a small tapestry cushion, tapestry wall hanging or tile as well as an unusual coaster.
This design forms part of the Traquair House Chapel Needlework Collection.
A wonderful little tapestry to stitch, mine is made into a small wall-hanging.
A fantastic gift for Valentine's Day or Father's Day, Mother's Day and for you if you love it!. This tapestry makes a wonderful pincushion, picture or bag front when completed.
