Are you looking for a piece of jewellery for someone who loves to sew? This sewing machine necklace would be a perfect gift.
I have created this necklace by cutting the sewing machine shape from recycled sterling silver by hand; after filing and finishing it was attached to a sterling silver chain. It is part of a collection of sterling silver jewellery based on different hobbies, which includes matching earrings.
I find it inspiring that so many people have a particular hobby that they love to do, whether that’s making clothes, going for a run or reading a favourite book. So I created a collection of pieces featuring different shapes to represent a range of hobbies.
The necklace will arrive in a black jewellery box, complete with simple care instructions and a small square of silver polish.
