I was approached by the Laird Of Traquair to redesign a collection of petit point kits inspired by some historical needlework in her collection. Happy days, it's perfect.

Full description
Acorn and Oak Leaf Petit Point kit, an easy needlepoint design which can be a picture, a bag front, a cushion insert or a pincushion.
Acorn and Oak Leaf is one of a collection of four historical designs I which redesigned for Traquair House from an old petit point panel dating from the Stuart Period. An image of the original Stuart Period needlepoint is in the gallery.
The other designs are Thistle, Fruit and Leaves and Sweet pea, all are available as kits.
Petit Point is sometimes called needlepoint and is always stretched on a frame.
This kit is embroidered on 14HPI blank interlock mono canvas.
