If you would like me to post your parcel by Special Next Day Delivery which SHOULD ensure it arrives the following working day by 1.00pm please see my listing under ‘Postage Upgrade’.
If you are buying an item as a present and would like it sent direct I am more than happy to gift wrap and include a message, just let me know what you want to say and make sure you confirm the recipients address.
I normally post ready made items the next working day.

You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.

Not sure what to buy then why not give a gift voucher?
Gift vouchers can be bought for the value of £20, £25, £30, £35 or £40.
The standard voucher is set for £20.00 but if you want to top it up to a higher value just select the additional value after adding to the basket. Should you require an amount not shown please contact me first and I’ll be more than happy to set a new listing for you.
Please note:
Gift vouchers can be used for any item in my Folksy Shop, (Carole’s Glass only) ready made items or made to order.
The voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The voucher can be used for payment in full or part payment if an item for a higher value is selected.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash.
To redeem the voucher the recipient must contact me direct to make their selection, this can be either by email (details shown on voucher) or by using the ‘contact seller button’ on my shop.
Gift vouchers will be personalised with the recipients name and a short message just add the details after adding the voucher to the basket.
Gift vouchers can either be emailed to you or the recipient, if to be emailed to the recipient please confirm their email details in notes to seller at checkout. If nothing is shown I will email the voucher to you.
