Handmade in our studio in Guernsey using recycled precious metals. Meticulously made with love and attention to detail.
Inspired by the book "The Guernsey Literary and Potato Peel Pie Society" and originally made for the inaugural Guernsey Literary festival in 2011, Athene has designed and handmade a small collection of these each year since, making them truly limited and unique. Made with kind permission of the co-author Annie Barrows, who has one of the pieces herself.
Of the designs, Annie Barrows said "I think they are lovely - she has created a subtle and elegant interpretation of the book's themes."

Lovely silver pendant with freshwater pearl dangle stone.
Each pendant is individually handmade in recycled sterling silver, each bears the unique hammer marks which are a part of its design.
Metal: Solid Recycled Sterling Silver
Gallmarked at the London Assay Office
Gemstone: Freshwater Pearls - available in white, grey and pink
Size: The overall length is approx. 35mm long.

If you’re not absolutely delighted with your purchase, of course you don’t have to keep it. You don’t want to keep things that don’t make your heart sing. Just send it back in the same unworn condition that you received it within 21 days and we’ll return your payment. No problem and no quibbles.
