I started creating crosswords for friends and family based around their interests or about a special occasion, such as a wedding. Then I began to think about themes that would suit cryptic cluing - that way, as a solver, you have dual interest - to complete the crossword and to crack the theme. It also makes a great personalised gift for any crossword fan as you can choose a theme that matches their interests, or commission one all about the recipient.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.

Full description
The perfect gift for any crossword lover. Commission a personalised cryptic crossword themed around the recipient, presented as a greetings card with a framed print of the solution (not to be opened until the card has been completed!).
You provide the key words to be clued eg. family names, favourite bands, personal history - and we create the crossword with at least 10 themed clues. Then pick a colour for the print and the frame for the wall art print of the solution. Remember to label the solution as "top secret" until the contents of the card have been completed!
The crosswords are presented in standard 15 x 15 square symmetrical grids as you find in newspapers and puzzle books and presented in a greetings card ready to be filled in.
The card will be posted to you with a blank envelope so you can add a personal message (blank space below the grid inside) before you gift it, along with the framed print of the solution.
Once you have placed your order, please message to give the personalised information (15-20 key words) to be used for the clues.
