All my earrings are handmade in Cellardyke using sea glass and antique sea pottery found washed up on the beaches in the East Neuk of Fife. Each piece is a one-off, all worn smooth by the rough Scottish seas.
The sea glass washes up on the beautiful beaches in Anstruther in the East Neuk of Fife in Scotland. Much of it dates back to the Victorian era and is known as 'mermaid tears'. When sailors were lost at sea, the mermaids would cry and their tears would wash up on the shore.
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Full description
A beautiful pair of delicate earrings made from Scottish emerald green sea glass. The earrings are wrapped in silver-plated wire and tiny celtic swirls have been added to accentuate the colour and shape of the seaglass. Hooks are silver-plated and nickel free. The earrings measure approximately 4.5cm from the top of the hook to the bottom of the sea glass. Each pair comes complete with a gift box. (Item: 1904)
All the sea glass, pottery and shells used to make the jewellery are sourced from the beautiful beaches of the East Neuk of Fife in Scotland. The glass and pottery have been gently worn smooth by the rough Scottish seas and can often date back over 100 years!
